Intake assessment - a short questionnaire focusing on the key life aspects, giving me some direction in how to guide the conversation to make the best use of our time during the workshop.


180 minute online workshop - we go over the life areas and identify where the biggest roadblocks lie for you, covering what might have already been done and gaining more clarity on the way forward. 


Way forward road map - following our workshop I will compile a summary of our discussion, adding my additional actionable insights and recommendations, to serve as a way forward road map as you continue your journey with more hope, clarity and usable tools.

How does it work?

Step 1 - Book


Book a convenient time to hold the workshop. You can find a time directly in my agenda, with the ability to select the relevant time zone for you. 


Step 2 - Access portal


Once you make your booking you will be invited by email to access your personalised portal where you can process the payment, read and accept the terms and conditions and complete the intake questionnaire.


Step 3 - Workshop


We hold the workshop together via Zoom. We discuss your issues at a deep level, seeking to gain understanding of the dynamics at play and uncovering new information for you. The techniques I use vary depending on your needs. 


Step 4 - Way forward


Within 72 hours of our workshop I will email you your way forward road map including a recap of our discussion and all of the tips, advice and resources you can refer to as you take your next steps on this exciting journey. 


Bonus - as a practicing clinical hypnotherapist, I create a number of general hypnotic meditative audio recordings. As part of this offering, I may recommend that you begin listening to one or more of these recordings for therapeutic purposes. These will be provided at no extra charge.
