I was a stressed-out corporate finance professional. I worked too many hours to even mention. Always in striving mode. Achieving incredible results. Already a manager by 26 and heading off to meetings solo to negotiate over financial issues with the potential to have millions of euros of impact on my client’s investment decisions.

Little did I know, I was running from the wrong wolf.

It took me training in a new mind-based therapeutic technique on the side of my job and being on the receiving end of therapeutic interventions over and over to discover this little gem of knowledge:

Frequently asked questions

Is this programme based on therapy or coaching?


It’s both. I bring together a fusion of techniques as well as my own intuition and huge care factor for each client. The true ‘therapy’ is the transformational therapy session. From there on, you’ll be coached in how to integrate this upgrade into your life through a combination of tapping into your own intuition, my gentle (and sometimes tough) challenges and new perspectives and practical lifestyle adjustments. This is a holistic approach focused on gaining you momentum, not just creating a container for discussion. Action gets results, so I need you to participate.




Hypnosis - that’s a bit scary. Will I lose control of myself?


No. There is a big misconception about hypnosis and hypnotherapy due to hypnotism as a form of entertainment. This is not the reality. Hypnosis is just like meditation and very safe. I am simply there as a guide for you throughout the session, but you are free and able to accept or reject any suggestions I give you. You tend to have a very strong understanding of your true nature when in trance state, so you’ll be able to choose what is best for you.




I can’t be hypnotised, does that mean this won’t work for me?


Whatever your beliefs are around being ‘hypnotisable’, it doesn’t matter. As long as you can commit to following the process and allowing your body to relax then that’s no problem. Hypnosis or trance just means your brain waves have slowed down. Your brain waves physically change during hypnosis, and your normal thinking beta waves slow into either alpha or theta waves. The depth of trace does not correlate with the success of the work.




What is regression or ‘root cause’ therapy?


Regression therapies are any therapies which include taking you back to an earlier stage of your life and revisit the experience. I will guide you very closely through this part of the session. It is important to note that the regression is a review and NOT a re-living of an experience. I have had experience in working with clients who have gone through significant trauma, so you can rest assured I am suitably qualified to guide you through this process to reach a deeper understanding. If I expect during the intake that this is not the case, I will promptly inform you. Your safety and comfort is what’s most important.




I’m worried about the regression. What if I uncover some difficult traumas from the past and I have difficulty dealing with those?


One of the main reasons this therapy is so powerful is because it allows us to go back to where our blocks first began, and heal and transform them at this root cause level. This is true for anything from anxiety through to skin or digestive issues. We aim to release any trapped emotions AND process them at the same time. Most people feel incredibly light after the transformational regression therapy session. Some people will notice more depth to their emotions after the session, which is a great thing. We can't deal with what we can't see, and processing emotions constructively means avoiding having them erupt when we don't want them to. It’s like removing the wiring from those buttons that might be pushed by others on occasion. I don’t expect this to be necessary - but you should know I am here if you need me.




I don’t feel comfortable talking about sensitive emotional topics with a therapist I haven’t met or built rapport with. What do you say to this?


I understand. And for this reason, I invite you to schedule a Clarity Call before signing up so you can see if you feel we have a good click. If you want to proceed, you should know that in trance state you let go of a lot of fears and insecurities and it actually feels much more natural to open up and talk about difficult topics. Even though we don’t know each other so well.




This therapy includes hypnotherapy / trance state - is that safe to do online?


You can't get “stuck” in a state of hypnosis, so even in the event of disconnection you’ll simply notice my voice has stopped and you’ll open your eyes and reconnect. e will discuss in detail what to do in case this happens during our session. We connect via a secure Zoom video link. The room is locked so no one else can join once you’re in and your session remains fully confidential. I also ask for some details for an emergency contact in case our connection is broken and I can’t reach you within a few minutes. We will discuss further on safeguarding the process during our Zoom call. This is just a procedure, and one I’ve never had to use.
