Angry? Resentful? Bitter?
Something needs to change.
Maybe it's something in your inner world—changing how you perceive things (AKA "mindset", but this is a really deep concept so don't let this over-used expression suggest otherwise). Maybe it's something in the outside world—an action that needs to be taken.
In any case, these fiery feelings are something best not to leave brewing, because they tend to hurt us, and others, in the long run.
Get some reflections from someone qualified to offer them.
Write about what you're feeling so you can see yourself objectively on paper and determine if you're being reasonable...
...hey, sometimes we're not! Sometimes we need to pull our heads in, but that's okay.
We're all human.
Your anger is here to reveal to you where you feel powerless and help you regain a sense of agency over your experience. Don't let the opportunity to grow from it go to waste.
Use it for it's highest and best purpose. As the revelatory tool that it is.
